Kaplan students give top marks in 2024 student satisfaction survey

Every year, we invite our UK students to take part in our student satisfaction survey. Each graduating class answers questions about the support they received, the knowledge they gained, and their overall experience at Kaplan. We really do listen to what our students have to say — as demonstrated by the fact that this year’s overall results are even higher than in 2023!

Students feel ready for the future

Kaplan degree preparation courses are designed to give international students a well-rounded study experience that prepares them for life at university, as well as for a successful career.

Kaplan students have lots of opportunities to gain employability skills while they study thanks to our five career focus promises. That’s why it’s fantastic to know that so many of our students feel that the skills they learnt during their course will help them in their career.

It’s also great to know that these numbers are only getting higher: the number of students who felt prepared for university in 2024 is 3% higher than in 2023, as is the number of students confident they’re leaving with skills that make them more employable.

Tell a friend!

92% of our students said that they would recommend their College to a friend, up on 89% in 2023, showing that they want others to enjoy the same positive experience that they had themselves!

Support at every step

Our students’ wellbeing is our top priority, and our Student Services teams at our UK colleges work hard to create a safe and supportive environment to help students thrive. 92% of our students felt that College staff cared about their health and happiness, an increase of 5% since 2023!

Success in focus

The University of York International Pathway College and the University of Essex International College had some particularly great results, with their 2024 graduates leaving their college feeling confident about the future and happy with their overall experience.
