Pre-Sessional English
If you meet academic requirements for a degree at the University of Brighton and just need to improve your English, you can take a Pre-Sessional English course before starting your degree. This course is available at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- A Pre-Sessional English (PSE) course can help you improve your English language skills for entry to a bachelor’s or a master’s degree
- If you have a conditional offer from the University based on your English language level, a PSE course gives you the best chance of achieving the required level. You can also take a PSE course if your study offer is unconditional so that you feel ready for a degree.
