Pace University Global Pathways
If you want to earn a degree from Pace University in New York, but don’t yet meet the entry requirements, you can join Global Pathways. This degree preparation program offers extra time and support in adjusting to American university life, while helping you prepare for full-time undergraduate- or graduate-level study.
What is Global Pathways?
Located on Pace University’s fantastic New York City campus, Global Pathways is a degree preparation program. If you don’t quite meet the entry requirements for a bachelor’s or master’s degree at Pace, you may be able to join Global Pathways. Through Global Pathways, you can earn academic credits before starting full-time degree study.
In the program, you’ll enjoy social activities organized for international students, while improving your English level, study skills and academic grades — all of which will help you progress into a full-time degree program. The curriculum is designed for international students to help them ease into university-level study with extra support. All Global Pathways graduates are guaranteed progression to a degree program on successful completion.

To qualify for undergraduate Global Pathways, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Academic requirements: high school completion with a minimum GPA 2.0.
- English level required: minimum TOEFL 55 or equivalent .
To qualify for graduate Global Pathways, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Academic requirements: bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA 3.0. Some degree programs have additional requirements.
- English level required: minimum TOEFL 55–70 (depending on degree), or equivalent.
Students who do not meet the entry requirements for undergraduate or graduate Global Pathways may be able to join Pace’s Intensive English Program.
